6. Contracting process
Website information does not constitute an offer. Engagements require: (1) contact form or email enquiry; (2) discovery discussion; (3) written proposal with scope and CAD fees; (4) signed service agreement. No work begins until agreement is executed.

19. Research limitations
Sample sizes and recruitment methods are documented in proposals. Findings represent participating cohorts at a point in time — not universal truths about all customers in your category.
20. Participant incentives
Gift cards or honoraria for research participants are arranged per ethics guidelines and disclosed in methodology appendices when you share reports internally.
21. Persona usage rights
Persona documents are licensed for internal marketing use unless otherwise specified. Resale or public publication of personas containing third-party research requires written approval.
22. Community moderation
We advise on moderation policies but do not operate day-to-day community management unless explicitly scoped.
23. Indemnification
Clients indemnify AudienceForge against claims arising from misuse of research outputs contrary to agreed methodology or applicable law.
24. Dispute resolution
Parties attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal remedies. Mediation in Vancouver may be agreed in service contracts.
25. Assignment
AudienceForge may not assign website Terms without notice; service contracts govern assignment of project work separately.
26. Language
These Terms are provided in English. Quebec clients may request French contract translations for signed engagements.
27. Warranties disclaimer
Website content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
28. Links to external resources
Links to third-party websites do not constitute endorsement. AudienceForge is not responsible for external content accuracy or availability.
29. Feedback
Suggestions submitted through contact forms may be used to improve services without obligation to compensate you unless a separate agreement exists.
30. Survival
